The Initial Interview

The initial interview is the foundation that the rest of the constellation sits on. Get it right and all the other components of the constellation – choosing representatives, setting up and reading the constellation, working through and offering sentences, rituals or reordering, resolution/closure and integration – stack neatly on top of it forming a coherent intervention for the client.
